Keepers of the Gate and Associate Keepers of the Gate make an annual commitment of $1000 and may designate their gift to one of Hadassah’s Israel projects or to Greatest Need.
After five years of fulfilling her/his commitment, or when the total gifts equal $5,000, a Keeper’s name is inscribed on the Keepers of the Gate pillar at Ein Kerem.
Keepers have the opportunity to purchase a sterling silver David’s Harp custom designed pin. Stones are added to the harp strings to reflect annual giving levels of $1,800, $2,500, $3,000, $3,600 or more.
Young Keepers and Young Associate Keepers, 45 years and under, donate $500 the first year, $750 the second year, and $1,000 thereafter. Young Keepers and Young Associate Keepers may elect to direct their gift to Hadassah’s TAKE A STAND! stem cell advocacy program.
Golden Keepers of the Gate is an annual commitment of $5,000. Golden Keepers of the Gate receive the opportunity to purchase a 14 K gold David’s Harp pin, recognition as a Major Donor and recognition in Israel at Hadassah Hospital at Ein Kerem on a special pillar.
Young Golden Keepers of the Gate program offers people who are 45 and younger the opportunity to become Golden Keepers of the Gate at a reduced payment schedule; $2,500 the first year, $3,600 the second year and $5,000 thereafter.
As a Keeper of the Gate you may direct your annual gift to the project of your choice, or direct your gift to Hadassah Greatest Need, empowering Hadassah to apply your gift to its most critical project. The designation can be changed each year.
