About our Chapter

Sharone Hadassah, established more than 30 years ago, is based in California's Silicon Valley, otherwise known as Santa Clara County's South Bay. It currently serves over 500 members from the communities of Campbell, Cupertino, Los Altos, Los Gatos, Santa Clara, San Jose, Saratoga, and Sunnyvale, with a few hardy souls from as far north as San Francisco and as far south as Gilroy.

Sharone Hadassah is a member of the Central Pacific Coast Region of Hadassah. (Click here to go to the Region's website, which has been designed by our own Ginny Baird.)

Sharone Hadassah offers a rich blend of educational programming, lively fundraising activities, and rewarding social interactions among members. (Click here for details.)

Leadership for Sharone Chapter

The Installation of the new board for 2012-2013 took place at the home of Jane Jacobson on Sunday afternoon, August 19. Delightful entertainment was provided by singer Daphna Rahmil, and delectable tidbits were provided by Hadassah members. Click here for photos of the event.

We are also always looking for Sharone Hadassah members to help make our events and fundraising efforts successful and fun. Perhaps you would be willing to chair an event, serve on a committee, host a Table for Twelve, or design a creative new activity for our members to enjoy.

Sharone needs and welcomes your support, and it's a great way to learn more about the wonderful work Hadassah is doing and to be an advocate for Hadassah to other Jewish women.
